E3 is a turn-key energy project developer who is responsible for an unusually wide spectrum of tasks in that we: (a) identify, design and often finance projects, (b) install and supervise the maintenance of most of the equipment involved in our projects, and (c) measure and monitor the project’s energy savings.

The most important aspect of E3 projects is that we typically guarantee that our customer’s energy and operating costs will be reduced in an amount sufficient to repay the investment cost.

E3 works with small Communities and Municipalities and helps guide them through the maze of technical and financial analysis, financing, implementation and verification. We help you identify energy and cost saving projects, secure financing, and implement your project. We verify the results and guarentee savings.

E3 offers a unique level of energy and design consulting services for commercial, municipal, and residential clients. Our primary focus is to bring our clients closer to “Net Zero” energy and Energy Independence.

We hold ourselves, and the contractors we work with, to the highest standards where, through performance testing, we actually measure and verify the work that has been specified and constructed and this is something nearly unheard of in the construction industry.
