Energy, Environmental & Economic Coalition
E3 is creating energy independence in Southwest Wisconsin through, planning, educational offerings, technical support and design services in energy efficiency, renewable energy and green building practices.
Who We Are:
E3 is an energy consultant and project development firm engaged in developing, installing, and financing comprehensive, performance based energy efficiency projects, such as high performance lighting, HVAC, and insulation systems for municipal, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. We concentrate on a seamless, turnkey approach from planning to project identification, financing, implementation, then measurement and verification.
In this process we bring together our experience in design, building science, and the trades with engineering and financial components that offer uniquely comprehensive solutions to a wide range of efficiency and maintenance issues for owners of all types of facilities. Todd Osman
Todd has over twenty five years of experience that include the design, building, and construction management of superinsulated, passive solar, strawbale, and other green residential projects, he is an active proponent of energy efficiency and renewable energy. Four years involvement in local comprehensive planning lend a unique set of experience and perspectives he brings to regional energy planning issues.
Jim Olson
Jim is a building performance specialist and energy consultant who brings a holistic/systems approach to residential and commercial buildings and systems. Jim is a consultant for: LEED for Homes, Passive House US, and Focus on Energy. In the realm of renewable energy he is has experience with both large scale and small scale bio-mass, wind, solar thermal and photovoltaic projects.
John Fergus
John is a designer and energy efficiency expert. John has a degree in engineering and has worked in building design and construction for nearly thirty years. He has extensive training and experience in conservation technologies, building and structural sciences as well as renewable energy.
